Saint Kitts and Nevis Ship Registry attended the Workshop on Deceptive Vessel Behaviour and Detecting LRIT Manipulation, held in Valletta, Malta, from 23–25 June 2026. The workshop brought together maritime stakeholders to address deceptive shipping practices, sanctions evasion, LRIT manipulation, information sharing, compliance, and maritime security. Through presentations, case studies, and collaborative discussions, participants explored practical approaches to strengthening monitoring, detection, enforcement, and international cooperation.

The participation of the Saint Kitts and Nevis Ship Registry demonstrates its continued commitment, as a responsible Flag State, to upholding international maritime standards, enhancing vessel oversight, supporting effective sanctions compliance measures, and working collaboratively with the international maritime community to promote safe, secure, transparent, and responsible shipping practices.
